OK today here in Orting was a lovely day full of sunshine and warmth. It was around 82* or so a bit warm for me but we have air conditioning so it should of been a nice temp insdie the house. I woke up and hubby had the air going. I noticed that the heater was on as well. OK that kind of defeats the purpose of air. I shut off the heater and got ready for Church after feeding Megan.
Lovely time in the nursery with the babies and lots of cuddles and kisses and grins there today. I am looking forward to getting home to a nice cool house. OK I get in and it just is not that cool. Well I am having my period so maybe that is why it seems warm to me? All day long it seems a bit to warm witht he air going but I just put it off to hormones and such.
I just headed off to get ready for bed and got hit with a blast of warm air! OK for some lame reason Jason had turned the heater back on! So all dang day long the heater and the ac have both been on. No wonder I have been warm all day.
I do not understand at all why he messed with the heater. He gets mad at me for stupid stuff and he put the heater back on after I had it off! We do not need the heat on at all right now it is still 73* outside! It is to warm in this house and I have felt halfg sick all day. Sigh at least now I know why.
This is a blog of what I find interesting for what ever reason. I hate to admit it but I am easily amused so there will be a wide range of topics. I am a Baptist and I try to follow in my Lords footsteps, I am human though and I do make mistakes.

Shopping Trip and My Buys

I bought 6 packages of Danimals yogurt and one Danimals Smoothie.
Yogurt was on sale for $2.50, had $2.25 in markdown coupon codes on them making it .25 cents. I then saw .55 cent coupons per package above them bringing my cost down to them paying me .30 cents for eack of 6 packs of the Danimals. 6 times .30 cents is paying me $1.80 in the end.
Now the smoothie was on sale for $2.99 and as you can see has $1.25 off in markings bringing the cost down to $1.74 - the .55 cents coupon making it $1.49. With the $1.80 I was paid to buy the yogurts I was paid .31 cents to buy all the yougurts and smoothie you see here.
The Friskies was on sale 2/$7.00. It was a better buy getting 2 of the smaller packages then the larger package. I found a $1.50 coupon that someone had left on the catfood and used it today. I ended up paying 2/$5.50 for Friskies.
The bread is Safeways version of Eating Right and was on sale for .99 cents. I had a coupon for .50 cents off bringing it down to .49 cents. This bread is normally $2.19 and today was a greay buy in it!
The milk is $2.99 a gallon but if you buy 2 gallons it is 2/ $3.99. OK I have no coupons on milk today but milk is a necessity here.
The Cascade was on sale for $4.49 and I had a coupon to get it free! Free is always a great price!
The Crab Classic is normally $3.49. Today it was a BOGO or 2/$3.49. I also had coupons for .55 cents on each package. I was able to use 2 coupons taking $1.10 off. I ended up paying 2/$2.39. I now have a pound of crab for $2.39.
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter was on sale for $1.99 it is normally $3.19 here. I also had a coupon for .50 cents off bringing the cost down to $1.49.
The ham was on sale for $5.99 a pound, it was not a great buy but I needed it for lunchs.
This is on sale for $1.99 and I had a coupon that I got from Safeway in a display that was a freebie! I mean the coupon was for a free Glade Plug in. Just free no need to buy a thing at all other then to get one for free!
Pace Mexican Four Cheese sauce. Normally it is $3.89 today was on sale for $2.50 and I had a coupon for $4.00 off. Making it free to me. I did not collect cash back on this one being as the computer realises it is cheaper then the coupon.
I love buttter. This is Organic butter and unsalted at that. It is normally $4.69, on sale for $2.99 yet there was also 3 tags for .75 cents off on it making it $2.25 off of $2.99 bringing it down to .74 cents for a pound of good butter.
I love the reuseable shopping bags and have a nice little collection of them. I had a coupon for the Safeway remodle grand opening for a free bag. This is normally just .99 cents but hey free is free! I now have 2 bags like this from Safeway and have a 3rd that should be on it's way.
One last peek at what I bought today for under $20.00!
